Alcohol
- All beer and wine used is limited to the beer and wines provided on premise -- except for champagne
- No hard liquor permitted
Event Times
- Set up may not take place before Noon the day of the event (unless otherwise specified) and property is to be vacated no later than 11:00 pm
- Amount of time given includes all vendors (photographer, florist, caterer, etc)
- It is understood that alcohol service is completed by 10:30 pm
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
- Prices fixed upon Deposit.
Catering Services
- We require the use of a professional, licensed caterer. All caterers are required to provide at least one staff member per 25 guests
Guaranteed Count
- A final guest count is requested 10 days prior to the event. This number will be the guaranteed count for the event. After the count is given the amount may be increased but not decreased up to 48 hours before the event.
Security
- Secret House Winery may require an outside security service if an event exceeds 150 guests.
Wedding Rehearsal
- Rehearsal must be coordinated to not conflict with other events
Rain Outs
- If it rains on the day of your event, you are responsible for providing coverage. No refunds.
Payment
- Payment for the guaranteed count is due one week prior to the event. Payment for additional beverages, guests, or any other additional expenses is due by the conclusion of the event.
- We require a credit card be held on file for any additional expenses or damages.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refund if notice is within 60 days of the event.
- Prior cancellation will result in the return of 1/2 the deposit
Music Policy
- Outside music may be played until 10:30. Secret House Winery reserves the right to decline any music which would be inappropriate for our facility.
Restrictions
- No outside beverages are permitted on the property. All beverages being consumed at event must be purchased from Secret House Winery or brought in by the Caterer. In the event outside beverages are present, guests will be given warning OR Secret House Winery may end event.
- No nails or tacks will be used on any Secret House Winery structure.
- No Fireworks are allowed on the premises
- No open candles are permitted. Use of candles require advance approval.
- The use of rice, birdseed, potpourri, glitter and confetti (of any kind) is strictly prohibited. An additional $50.00 fee will be added to your bill for any un-authorized use of these items
- Secret House Winery staff reserves the right to refuse service to event guests
- Artwork displayed at the winery may not be removed without winery consent
- Smoking is not permitted in the buildings and when smoking outside proper receptacles for cigarette butts are required to be used at all times.
Parking
- Parking will be provided but the site will be dependent on other simultaneous events.
- Parking is limited to designated areas only and subject to availability
Miscellaneous
- Tasting Room remains open to the public during regular business hours
- Another event may be scheduled in another part of the property on the day of your event.
- Personal belongings are to be removed the evening of the event. Secret House Winery is not responsible for personal belongings
- The package prices are subject to change at any time.
